Sellers protection.

We ask that all buyers shipping and billing match to protect fraud. Although it might be an inconvenience to buyers we want to make sure additional security measures are reach to protect our sellers.

Shipping- we ask that signature confirmation is added to every order that is processed. This protects our sellers from items being left anywhere  and possibly into the hands of the wrong person.

 

Luxurysnob policy is that sellers add insurance on their personal items to protect items from falling off the truck or damaged in the process of delivery to buyer.

Shipping methods used USPS, UPS, FEDEX. Shipping options are at sellers discretion and will be communicated via email.

Trying to sell a fake item with us will only result in loss of shipping fees. If you send us photos of an item and ship something completely different or altered you will be liable for all shipping charges in order to receive your item back.

 

Buyers, we are a consignment shop and only offer items that are given to us by our sellers. We do not have any additional items in a stock room or anything of that nature.

Sellers do not receive funds until you have confirmed you receive the item and all is well and the item looks as described. Please be courteous and contact us once item is delivered in order to pay sellers for their items.

 

There are no refunds or exchanges on items purchase in the wrong size. Being diligent and knowing shoe size is important. Some options you may have are either google, or visiting your local store that sells such luxury item your interested in and trying on you size.
