Cosmic Candle Company requires 24-72 hours to process your order. We use ground shipping and it takes 7-10 business days unless expedited.

Returns
Cosmic Candle Company will exchange the merchandise if it was damaged upon delivery.  Exchange ONLY on damaged goods. Please email umps for instructions on damaged goods.

Candle Care Instructions:

* Please remove all packaging before lighting

*Keep your wick trimmed at least 1/4" at all times (this does not include votives and tea lights)

*Do not leave a burning candle unattended. Keep them within sight at all times

*All lighters and matches needs to stay away from all children

*Avoid burning candles in drafts

*If smoking occurs, blow candle out. Trim wick, remove trimmings. Keep wick centered

*Place your Cosmic Candle on a protected, heat resistant, dry surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and out of reach of children and pets.

*Teach everyone in your household the rules of safe candle use
